Using a Tank with an OPD Valve
When using the OPD valve with the excess flow device or check valve, light the appliance per the manufacturers instructions, by starting with the appliance control valve(s) turned off. Then turn the triangular hand wheel one complete (360 degree) turn, then turn the appliance to the "ON" or "LIGHT" position and light up. From here you can adjust slowly for a higher flame.
