Why does my charcoal grill over heat?
You can adjust the air intake by adjusting the air vent /damper shutters. When in the open position more oxygen is allowed through and the flame will be hotter. Closing them reduces the oxygen there by reducing the heat

How do I clean my charcoal grill?

Caution
1. All cleaning and maintenance should be done when grill is cool.
2. DO NOT clean any grill part in a self cleaning oven. The extreme heat will damage the finish.
