Ingredients: 1⁄2 lb Ground lamb (Can be substituted with ground beef, turkey or pork); 1⁄2 tsp Fresh parsley; 1⁄2 tsp Minced garlic; 1 tbsp of Minced onion; Pinch of Salt; Pinch of Pepper; 1/8 tsp Garlic powder; 2 oz Feta cheese; 2 slices Red onion; 2 oz of Tzatziki; 1 Bun, pita or naan bread; Tzatziki Sauce:; 1 cup Plain greek yogurt; 1/2 a Cucumber finely chopped; 2 cloves Minced garlic; 2 tbsp Chopped parsley; 1/4 of a Lemon; Pinch of Salt; Pinch of Pepper; Minced red pepper

Ingredients:

1⁄2 lb	Ground lamb (Can be substituted with ground beef, turkey or pork)
1⁄2 tsp	Fresh parsley
1⁄2 tsp	Minced Garlic
1 tbsp	Minced Onion
1 pinch	Salt
1 pinch	Pepper
1/8 tsp	Garlic Powder
2 oz	Feta Cheese
2 slices	Red onion
2 oz	Tzatziki Sauce
1 Bun	Pita or Naan bread

Tzatziki Sauce:

1 cup	Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2	Cucumber, finely chopped
2 cloves	Minced Garlic
2 tbsp	Chopped Parsley
1/4	Lemon
1 pinch	Salt
1 pinch	Pepper
1	Minced Red Pepper

Directions:

Mix ground lamb with parsley, garlic and minced onion. Season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Grill the burger.
Grill the thinly sliced red onions.
Toast the bread/buns.
Top with crumbled Feta cheese while still on the grill.
Add thinly sliced red onion and Tzatziki sauce on top of burger.
Serve on a bun, pita, or naan bread.
