Burgers with Mexican Flare

Makes: 4 servings
Prep Time: 30 - 120 minutes
Cook Time: 50 - 60 minutes

Ingredients:

1 lb	Ground Beef, 80/20
1/2 tbsp	Cumin
1/2	Red Onion, grated
5	Rolls/Buns

Directions:

Preheat grill to medium (350ºF).
In a large bowl, combine beef, cumin and red onion.
Make 5 patties, put a thumb print in middle of burgers.
Place patties on the cooking grid.
Grill until desired doneness.
Serve and enjoy.
