Ingredients: 2 lb Ground Beef, 80/20; 1/4 lb Sharp Cheddar, Grated; 1/2 Onion, Chopped; 1/2 Green Pepper, Chopped; Worstershire Sauce, to taste; Cajun Seasoning, to taste; 4 Buns

Makes: 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 - 20 minutes
Cook Time: 20 - 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2 lb	Ground Beef, 80/20
1/4 lb	Sharp Cheddar, Grated
1/2	Onion, Chopped
1/2	Green Pepper, Chopped
4	Buns
Worstershire Sauce, to taste
Cajun Seasoning, to taste

Directions:

Preheat grill to medium (350ºF).
In a large bowl, mix everything except Worstershire by hand.
Form into 4 big patties.
Place the patties on the grill. Sprinkle with Worstershire.
After 6-8 minutes, flip the patties. Sprinkle with Worstershire.
Grill until desired doneness.
Remove a let rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
