Grilled Cheesy Portobello

Ingredients:
2 Large Portobello mushrooms (or 4-6 medium), cleaned and stems removed
2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded), to fill the cap
Olive Oil, to taste
Minced garlic (best from the jar), to taste
Sea Salt, to taste
Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium.
In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms in olive oil and minced garlic.
Stuff the mushroom caps with mozzerella cheese.
Top with Sea Salt.
Place muchrooms caps on the cooking grid, cheese side up.
Grill for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Remove and serve.
