Cook Time: 10 - 20 minutes

Ingredients:

1	Steak
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Vegetable or Olive Oil

Directions:

Remove meat from the refrigerator, bring to room temperature (about 1/2 hour).
Preheat grill to high.
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Lightly oil the cooking grate.
Place steak on the cooking grate.
Grill to desired doneness.
Remove and let rest for a couple of minutes.
Cut and serve.
