Prosciutto Wrapped Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Directions:

1. Preheat grill with griddle topper or griddle for direct grilling over medium heat.
2. Spread one side of each slice of bread with softened butter.
3. Place the two (2) slices of bread butter side down on the plate.
4. Place two (2) slices of cheese on each of the pieces of bread.
5. Place the other pieces of bread on top of the cheese, butter side up.
6. Wrap sandwiches with prosciutto.
7. Place the sandwiches on the griddle.
8. Grill for about 4 minutes, until golden.
9. Carefully flip the sandwiches over and grill for another 4 minutes, until golden.
10. Remove from the griddle.
11. Serve and enjoy.
