Ingredients: 12 in. Sour Dough Bread Roll; 4 Eggs; 6 Breakfast Sausages; 1 small Onion diced; 4 oz Peppers Multi Colors diced; 2 oz Sliced Mushrooms; 4 oz Cheddar Cheese; 8 slices Provolone Cheese; Salt to taste; Pepper to taste; Aluminum Foil

Ingredients:

12 in	Sour Dough Bread Roll
4	Eggs
6	Breakfast Sausages
1 small	Onion Diced
4 oz	Peppers Multi Colors diced
2 oz	Sliced Mushrooms
4 oz	Cheddar Cheese
8 slices	Provolone Cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Aluminum Foil

Directions:

Preheat grill to 350°F, while leaving half off (cold Side).
Cook sausage on grill.
Beat eggs till fluffy. Add onions, Peppers, mushrooms, salt, pepper and scramble mixture.
Cut top out of the bread and hollow out to 2 inch walls.
Place provolone slices on bottom and sides.
Pour egg mixture in bread bowl.
Evenly space and place sausage in egg batter leaning on bread wall around the loaf.
Place bread on foil and place on grill cold side.
Grill 45 minutes or until done.
