Ingredients: 2 cup Turkey grilled/cooked, shredded; 3/4 cup Bottled barbecue sauce; 1 Prepared pizza crust; 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated; 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated; 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced; 1 Green bell pepper, diced; 2 tbsp Olive oil; Pizza Stone

Ingredients:

2 cup Turkey grilled/cooked, shredded
3/4 cup Bottled barbecue sauce
1 Prepared pizza crust
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
1 Green bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp Olive oil
Pizza Stone

Directions:

Preheat the grill to 450°F.
In a small bowl, combine turkey and barbecue sauce.
Brush or drizzle olive oil over the entire pizza crust.
Place the turkey evenly on top of the crust.
Layer onions, peppers and then mozzarella cheese on top of the turkey.
Place the pizza on the pizza stone and bake for 6-8 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust is crisp and golden.
When done, remove from the grill and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cut and serve immediately.
