Ingredients: 8 oz bulk Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained; 1 - 10 oz pizza thin crust, (about 12-inches); 1/2 C pizza sauce; 2 C provolone cheese, shredded (8 ounces); 1 - 4 oz can mushroom pieces, drained

Ingredients:

8 oz bulk Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
1 - 10 oz pizza thin crust, (about 12-inches)
1/2 C pizza sauce
2 C provolone cheese, shredded (8 ounces)
1 - 4 oz can mushroom pieces, drained

Directions:

Spread pizza crust evenly layering half the cheese, sausage, mushrooms, and finishing with remaining cheese.
Grill on grates or pizza stone 5 - 7 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, covered, 2 to 4 minutes) until cheese starts to melt.
