Ingredients:
1 can (13.8 oz) Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 cup Cranberry Sauce, leftover
2 cups Cooked Stuffing, leftover
2 cups Mashed Potatoes, warmed to make easier to spead
2 cups Cooked Leftover Turkey, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup Gravy, warmed
1 - 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Preheat grill to high (400 F). If using pizza stone, preheat pizza stone in the grill.
Unfold pizza crust and divide into 2 greased baking sheets.
Place baking sheets on the cooking grid. If using pizza stone, transfer the pizza dough to the pizza stone.
Grill the dough for approximately 5-8 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from heat.
Gently spread the warmed mashed potatoes over the pizza dough.
Place the stuffing and turkey over the mash potatoes.
Place the cranberries and cheese on top.
Place the pizza on the cooking grid (or pizza stone) for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with warm gravy.
Serve and enjoy.
