Ingredients:
2 lb Ground Pork
4 tbsp Butter (melted)
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 lb Deli Ham (thinly sliced)
Salt (as needed)
Pepper (as needed)
1 tbsp Paprika
6 slices Provolone Cheese
6 Hamburger Buns
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Form pork into burgers of roughly 6 oz. each.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place burgers on the grill.
Grill for 4-6 minutes on each side.
Add ham and cheese and grill for another 4-6 minutes on each side.
Note: Internal temperature needs to reach 160 ºF.
Place buns on the grill, cut side down. Grill until toasted.
Remove burgers.
Liberally brush toasted buns with garlic butter.
Place burgers on the bun and sprinkle with a couple dashes of paprika.
Serve and enjoy.
