Ingredients:
1 sm Pumpkin
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Clean the pumpkin.
Cut the pumpkins into 3/4 inch slides, remove the "guts."
Brush the pumpkin with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
Place the slices on the grill.
Grill for 5 minutes.
Flip, and grill for another 5 minutes.
Grill until you can easily pierce the slices with a fork.
Remove from the grill and serve.
