Ingredients:

4 lg	Zucchini
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Olive Oil, for cooking grid
Ranch, for dipping

Directions:

Preheat grill to medium.
Cut zucchini into 5 inch wedges.
Season with oilve oil and salt and pepper.
Place on cooking grid.
Grill for 2-3 min. each side.
Remove and serve.
