Ingredients:
1⁄2 lb Ground lamb (Can be substituted with ground beef, turkey or pork)
1⁄2 tsp Fresh parsley
1⁄2 tsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp of Minced onion
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
2 oz Feta cheese
2 slices Red onion
2 oz of Tzatziki
1 Bun, pita or naan bread
Tzatziki Sauce:
1 cup Plain greek yogurt
1/2 a Cucumber finely chopped
2 cloves Minced garlic
2 tbsp Chopped parsley
1/4 of a Lemon
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Minced red pepper
Directions:
Mix ground lamb with parsley, garlic and minced onion. Season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Grill the burger.
Grill the thinly sliced red onions.
Toast the bread/buns.
Top with crumbled Feta cheese while still on the grill.
Add thinly sliced red onion and Tzatziki sauce on top of burger.
Serve on a bun, pita, or naan bread.
