Perfect Burger

Prep Time: 10 - 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 - 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 lb of 80/20 Ground Hamburger
Burger Seasoning (your choice)
4 Buns (your choice)
Additional Toppings (your choice)

Directions:

Preheat grill.
Make 1/4 lb patties.
Season both sides of the burgers.
Push down in the middle of each burger patty.
Close lid, let burger cook for 5-10 minutes.
Flip burger over, and let cook until done.
Remove burger, season again and place on bun. Add desired toppings.
Enjoy.
