Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to 450ºF.
2. Lay the Prosciutto slices on a cutting board.
3. Cut the Prosciutto slices in half, lengthwise.
4. Cut the Bocconcini in half, lengthwise.
5. Wrap cheese with fresh basil.
6. Wrap the prosciutto around the fresh basil.
7. Please on the cookie sheet.
8. Repeat for all the remaining items.
9. Spray both sides of prosciutto with cooking spray.
10. Adjust cheese so they will not stick together as the cheese melts.
11. Place on the cooking grid.
12. After a few minutes check on the cheese. Adjust as necessary.
13. Close the lid and grill for another couple of minutes.
14. Once the cheese starts to get nice and soft and the prosciutto has a nice color on top, remove from the grill.
15. Place a straight line of the fresh tomato sauce down the center of the plate.
16. Place the prosciutto directly on top of the tomato sauce.
17. Insert toothpicks into the prosciutto.
18. Serve and enjoy.
