Italian Merry Meatballs

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to 400°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine italian ground turkey, ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, water, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix lightly but thoroughly.
3. Shape into 24 1-inch meatballs.
4. Place meatballs direct on warming rack (top rack). Note: If warming rack is not available, set meatballs for indirect grilling.
5. Grill for 18 to 20 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
6. Meanwhile, prepare Cranberry Barbecue Sauce:
   1. On the grill's side burner, heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat.
   2. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender, but not brown.
   3. Add remaining sauce ingredients, stirring to combine.
   4. Bring to boil; then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until cranberries burst and mixture has reduced to thick consistency. Stirring occasionally.
   5. Remove sauce from heat; cool slightly.
   6. Transfer mixture to blender container. Cover, allowing steam to escape. Process until smooth.
   7. Season with salt, as desired.
7. Remove meatballs from the grill.
8. Serve meatballs with barbecue sauce.
