Grilled Sweet Pineapple

Makes: 8 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes

Ingredients:

1 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored and cut into rings
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat a grill for medium heat. When the grill is hot, lightly oil the grate.
Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
Dip slices of pineapple into the cinnamon sugar.
Grill slices using Mr. Bar-B-Q® Grill Sheet for 6 minutes on each side.
Remove from grill.
Serve.
