Barbecue Spiced Shrimp

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. In a mixing bowl add: minced garlic, minced ginger, kosher salt, ground cinnamon, ground turmeric, ground cumin, squeezed lime (juice only) and avocado oil.
3. Mix thoroughly, until it becomes a thick, chunky paste.
4. Add 3/4 of the paste mixture to the shrimp bowl.
   Note: Save the remaining paste for finishing the dish.
5. Thoroughly mix shrimp until the shrimp are evenly covered.
6. Place shrimp on the grill.
7. After 2 minutes, flip the shrimp.
8. When shrimp are fully cooked, remove from the grill.
9. On new plate, scoop the rice onto the plate in a mound.
10. Place the shrimp around the plate around the rice.
11. Add some of the remaining paste on top of the rice and garnish with the cilantro sprig.
12. Serve and enjoy.
