Ingredients:
1 Tuna Steak
1 Brioche Bun
1 Lemon, cut in half
3 Tbsp Spicy Creole Remoulade Spread
1 Operation BBQ Relief Florida Mojo Rub
2 Tbsp Butter
Arugula, handful chopped
Additional Items:
Grill Mat (or griddle or griddle topper)
Grilling Spray
Grilling Brush (scraper)
Directions:
Preheat grill to 500ºF.
Place grilling mat (or griddle topper) on one side of the cooking grids.
Note: Make sure to leave room to place the tuna on the cooking grids.
Squeeze lemon over both sides of the tuna.
Season tuna with Operation BBQ Relief Florida Mojo Rub.
On the grill, spray on grilling spray and clean cooking grid surface.
Place tuna on the cooking grid.
Add additional Operation BBQ Relief Florida Mojo Rub to the tuna.
After a minute or two (halfway cooked), remove the tuna from the grill.
Note: Time may vary depending on the thickness of your tuna steak.
Clean the cooking grid and spray with grilling spray.
Flip and place the tuna on the cooking grid.
If desired, add additional lemon or Operation BBQ Relief Florida Mojo Rub to the tuna.
Place butter on the grilling mat.
Coat inside (cut side) of the bun with the butter and place on the grilling mat.
When tuna is fully cooked, remove from the grill.
Note: Time may vary depending on the thickness of your tuna steak.
When buns are toasted, remove from the grill and place on the plate.
Place tuna on the bottom bun.
Place Arugula on the tuna.
Spread the spicy creole remoulade spread on the top bun.
Place the top bun on the Arugula.
Serve and enjoy.
