Grilled Onion (Vegan)

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to medium.
2. Clean and peel outer shell from the onion and square the bottom (so it can sit).
3. Using a sharp knife, cut 3/4 way down the onion, rotate and repeat.
4. Carefully open onion just enough to add seasoning.
5. Place onion inside a tin foil container and season with salt.
6. Place on warming rack on the grill and cook until golden and bloomed.
7. Remove and serve.
8. Enjoy.
