Turkey Burgers

Directions:

1. Heat grill to medium.
2. Mix the turkey, Swiss cheese and Mr. BBQ Cheeky Chickin’ Rub in a bowl until well combined.
3. Split the turkey into 4 even sized balls then place each one on the burger press to shape and set aside.
4. Heat the Mr. Bar-B-Q Non-stick Sauce Pot on the grill and add 1 tbsp of the vegetable oil.
5. When oil is hot, add the onion, and red bell pepper. Sauté until onion is translucent
6. Add the crushed red pepper & salt and sauté another 2 minutes.
7. Add the vinegar and sugar and stir to combine.
8. Cook until all the moisture has evaporated.
9. Remove from the grill and chill.
10. Brush a little vegetable oil on each side of the turkey burgers and place into slots of the Mr. Bar-B-Q Burger Basket.
11. Secure the lid and place on grill.
12. Cook approximately 8-10 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
13. Remove the burgers from the grill and let rest for a couple minutes.
14. Place a spoonful of relish on top and serve with desired fixins’.
