Sriracha Yogurt Dip

Ingredients: 1 C Greek-style yogurt; 2 - 3 T Sriracha or other hot sauce; 2 T Fresh lime juice; 2 T Finely chopped cilantro; 1/2 t Kosher salt

Makes: 1 1/2 cups
Prep Time: 30 - 120 minutes
Cook Time: 50 - 60 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek-style yogurt
2 - 3 tbsp Sriracha or other hot sauce
2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
2 tbsp Finely chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp Kosher salt

Directions:

Stir to combine all ingredients.
Best to make a couple hours ahead with 2 tablespoons of the sriracha, let it sit for a bit, then see if you want it spicier.
