Chicken Marinade

Directions:

1. In a small sauce pan, melt the butter.
2. When the stick of butter is almost melted, add the garlic and pepper. Stir.
3. Add the hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce and stir.
4. Add the vinegar and reduce heat to low.
5. Stir to combine and remove from stove.
6. Use immediately or allow to cool and store in the refridgerator for up to 1 week.

When using: Baste chicken every twenty minutes until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
