Grilled S'mores Waffle Cones

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to 350ºF, set for indirect grilling.
2. Place waffle cone in a sheet of aluminum foil and place in palm of your hand.
3. Place one (1) marshmallow in the bottom of the waffle cone.
4. Place a few chocolate chips on top of the marshmallow.
5. Then alternate layers of marshmallows and chocolate chips adding in more of each until you get to the top of the waffle cone.
6. Starting with the top corner, then bottom, then sides, wrap the aluminum foil around the waffle cone.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 for remainder of the waffle cones.
8. Using the aluminum foil, create a ring large enough to hold your waffle cones vertically (up and down) while they are on the grill.
9. With the grill set for indirect grilling, place the aluminum foil ring on the indirect or non-heated side.
10. Place the cones inside the ring, making sure they will stay in place.
11. After one (1) minute, carefully rotate the ring and cones to distribute the heat evenly.
12. After 3-5 minutes remove each cone, and carefully open the tops to expose the top of the waffle cone and place back into the aluminum ring.
13. Grill for an additional 3-5 minutes.
14. When the marshmallow tops are slightly golden, remove from the grill.
15. Serve and enjoy.
