Grilled Chipolatas Wrapped In Bacon

Ingredients:

Chipolata Sausages
8 slices
Bacon
2 Tbsp
Honey
Olive Oil

Cast Iron Skillet
Directions:
Preheat griddle or cast iron skillet on grill's cooking grid or side burner to medium.
Cut bacon slices in half.
Wrap bacon around Chipolata sausages.
When cooking surface is heated, add a little olive oil.
Place sausages in skillet or on griddle.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Drizzle honey on sausages and make sure to coat all of the sausages.
Cook for an additional 10 minutes until sticky and golden brown.
Remove from the skillet or girdlle.
Serve and enjoy.
